This is a supervised project that emphasizes on scientific research of a mathematical topic of interest and “writing” mathematics. It includes both oral and written reports of the topic of research by the student.

Objectives:
1. Explore new topics of mathematics that are not covered in other courses
2. Make a time table to organize their work after choosing the topic of research
3. Use different resources to gather information about new topics
4. Write a paper in mathematics using scientific word or Microsoft word etc.
5. Make a presentation using a computer software like power point
6. Give a talk on the mathematical topic of research

This course has no contents as it is a supervised project that emphasizes on
scientific research of a mathematical topic of interest.
Course Outcomes:
A- Knowledge:
This course will enable students to:
1. Depend on themselves to explore new topics of mathematics that are not covered in other courses
2. Be more organized by learning how to make time tables in order to finish the task on time
3. Be confident to use different resources to gather information about new topics
4. Know how to organize their knowledge about a topic in order to write a paper using scientific word or Microsoft word etc
5. How to “write” mathematics
6. Know how to use computer software like power point to make a presentation
7. Have the confidence to give a talk on a mathematical topic
